I put AI into real businesses. but Will it even work in yours?

Tried to automate something and it didn't work? Or wondering where to start? Let's look at what's taking your time and see whether AI would actually help.

Bring the work you keep getting stuck doing. We'll start there.

A free 15-minute video call about your business, what you've tried, and whether an AI audit makes sense.

See if AI works · AI Implementation Audit · Project implement

You already paid for AI. The work did not get easier.

Most owners I talk to bought ChatGPT. Maybe another tool. Maybe a guy who sent a deck. Then the week went back to normal.

Leads still sit. Paperwork still eats the afternoon. Your best people still carry the whole job in their heads. And you still cannot hire fast enough to catch up.

That is not a you problem. Generic AI asks your staff to know what to type, paste in the context, then do the work anyway. So nobody uses it except you and one keen person.

What you already tried still leaves you the work.

An install puts the work in the business.

What you tried

What happens

ChatGPT and prompts

Your people still do the job by hand.

A guy with a deck

The week goes back to normal.

A new website

That is not the bottleneck.

Another login

Staff ignore it by Thursday.

An install lives where the work already happens. They use it on a Tuesday.

The offer

Would AI even help your business?

That's what we use the first 15 minutes to figure out. Tell me where your time goes and what you've already tried. We'll see whether there's a reason to dig deeper.

What have you tried to automate?

What failed, what almost worked, and what did you end up doing by hand again? If you haven't tried anything yet, that's fine too.

What takes up most of your week?

Your top three activities, and roughly how much time each takes. Chasing leads, quoting, paperwork, scheduling—whatever it is for you.

Where does the work get stuck?

What keeps coming back to you? What gets copied, checked, or chased over and over? We'll talk through a real example.

Is it worth an AI audit?

If I see a fit, I'll walk you through the paid audit as the next step. If AI doesn't look useful for your situation, I'll say so.

No slides needed. Rough answers are enough for the first call.

If there's a fit, I'll explain the paid audit. You decide whether it's worth taking the next step.

You don't need to commit to an audit to have the conversation.

Start with a free 15-minute call. If there's a fit, I'll explain the paid AI audit and you can decide whether to go ahead.

Who this is for

For you

  • You run a service company. Field work, an office, deadlines, real customers.
  • The work already has a process. You can walk a job from start to finish.
  • You already tried AI. Nothing in the operation changed.
  • You are sick of people who have never owned a hard business selling you one more login.

Not for you

  • The business is new and nothing is mapped yet. Get the process down first.
  • You just need a new website.
  • You just need a booking link. Buy a SaaS.
  • You want ChatGPT prompts or a course. This is not that.
  • You are not the owner. I need the person who feels the bottleneck.

First the call. Then, if it makes sense, the audit.

The free call helps us decide whether to go further. The paid AI audit comes before deciding what to implement.

An install is

  • AI wired into how a job already moves.
  • The thing your people open on a busy Tuesday.
  • Built around your business, not a template.

It is not

  • ChatGPT prompts or a course.
  • A new website.
  • Another tool they have to remember.

I run it in my own.

I'm Tyler. I own a process serving company in Alberta. 100%. Law firms counting on documents getting served. Miss a step and it is not an oops. It is a real problem.

I did not build it for content. I built it because the business was drowning. That is the standard when we talk. If I would not run it myself, I do not tell you to.

Lead texts with live prices

New work does not sit in the inbox.

Affidavit drafting after a serve

The slow paper that used to eat the day.

A portal the office opens every day

Hundreds of staff-hours a month.

Questions

Is this just a sales pitch?

We'll spend 15 minutes seeing whether AI could help with your work. If there's a fit, I'll explain the paid AI audit and what comes next. You're free to leave it there.

What if we don't need AI?

Then we say so. That is a good use of the time.

Do I need to be a tech person?

No. Your team needs something simple enough for a busy Tuesday. That is the bar.

Will you just hand us ChatGPT prompts?

No. Prompts are not an install. The work has to live in the business.

What if we're messy?

Most good businesses are. We talk through the real process first. Then we see if anything is worth building.

Do I need to prepare?

Think about the three activities that take most of your time and anything you've tried to automate that didn't work. Rough examples are plenty. No slides or written homework needed.

Is the audit included in the free call?

No. The free 15-minute call is to see whether it makes sense for us to work together. The AI audit is a separate paid step. I'll explain it on the call if it looks useful for you.

If AI doesn't look like a fit, I'll tell you.
